MEET Hilary Saunders

Anna worked tirelessly with me over 6 months to find just the right place. I was very particular in my search and was not willing to make many compromises. I felt she was right there with me all of the time, even when she knew my search would not be short. Most important to me was how responsive she was and always with a positive attitude. She has great knowledge of the market and was able to apply this to my negotiation process. And, I never felt pressure to reach or compromise, which speaks to her overall integrity.

Anna was the best realtor we could ask for: highly organized, available, knowledgeable, intelligent, patient, personable and friendly. She has an excellent combination of great people and organizational skills. We were very pleased with the sale of our apartment and will always be grateful to Anna for her work and strong instincts.

Are you looking to buy a home but don’t know where to start? Anna is your go-to! We had the best experience working with her as she helped us get our first home in SF. She is honest, reliable, detail-oriented, and fun to be around. Before meeting Anna, we had no idea what it took to buy a home in the competitive SF market. She guided us through the home-buying process in detail, outlining the timeline for our first meeting. She listened to us when we told her what we were looking for in our home, and we often felt she knew us better than we knew ourselves. There were times when we saw a home that we initially liked, but now look back and appreciate ...

Where do I even start? Anna truly goes above and beyond for her clients and is so much more to me than just a real estate agent. She’s more like my real estate guardian angel/guru who made “buying my dream house in SF” come true! I first met Anna 3 years ago when I was tentatively looking at buying in SF. I had met several agents at that time, but she left a deep impression on me as someone who was highly intelligent, savvy, and capable, emotionally perceptive, and understood me very quickly as a person and a client. I instantly liked her and felt that I could trust her. At that time, I decided I wasn’t yet ready to buy. In Fall 2021, I started to t...

We had the pleasure of working with Anna as our real estate agent, and we could not be happier with our experience. From the very beginning, Anna was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us through every step of the buying process and answering our questions regarding the current buying market. She answered all of our questions promptly. She is straightforward (which we greatly appreciated) and honest, and truly has our best interests at heart. Anna went above and beyond by coming to multiple house viewings with us, offering her expert advice and insights. She also provided valuable recommendations for additional fixings in our new home. Anna Coles is the best! She handled the sale of my mom’s condo in San Francisco flawlessly. My mom had already moved across the bay, and I am located out of state in a different time zone. But that didn’t faze Anna. She kept us both well informed through every step of the process and worked with us to make the important decisions to get the condo on the market. Anna knows the market. She provided us with recommendations for the sale price, backed up by thorough market research, and she expertly suggested improvements and staged the condo. In fact, it looked so good, I almost wanted to buy it. Additionally, she helped us navigate the complex homeowne...
